How the claim flow works

1. 1. Claim free. Enter your contact email and, optionally, your license number + state. No card required.
2. 2. We verify. If your license matches an active record in our state-board roster, your claim is verified automatically. Otherwise it goes to manual review (typically one business day).
3. 3. Create your account.We email a link to set up your contractor login with the same email — that's your dashboard and lead inbox.
4. 4. Respond to leads · pay per lead. Once verified, matching homeowner requests for Board OF Cooperative Educational Services (boces), Genesee, Livingston, Stueben Counties (dba Genesee Valley Boces) route to your inbox. You only pay for the leads you want — skip the rest. Paid placement tiers are optional.
