These are build-time counts from ProFix loaders and route registries. No invented growth claims, no rented review quotes, and no scraped sales vanity metrics.

How claiming works
The claim path follows the same verification logic as the listing claim flow: identify the business, prove control, then keep the profile current.
- 1
Start from the claim entry
Open /claim, find your business listing, or tell us the listing is missing. The claim starts with your public profile, not a lead purchase.
- 2
Confirm ownership
Send the business contact details and license information when your trade has a state credential. ProFix reviews identity before profile edits go live.
- 3
Control the profile
Update photos, hours, service area, trade notes, and routing preferences so homeowners see the current version of your business.
- 4
Choose leads separately
Lead routing is optional. When you want paid opportunities, pricing is transparent by trade and intent on /pricing.
Contractor FAQ
Is claiming a listing free?
Yes. The contractor listing claim is free. Paid lead routing is separate and optional, so claiming your profile does not require a monthly subscription.
What can I edit after claiming?
You can control profile basics such as service notes, hours, photos, service area, and the best contact route. Public-record facts such as licenses and source citations stay tied to the underlying source.
Are ProFix leads exclusive?
Yes. A paid ProFix lead is routed to one contractor and is never resold to a group of competing contractors.
Where do I see lead pricing?
Use /pricing for the current per-trade and intent-based pricing. This page uses only a generic $8-$95 indicative band in the calculator so it does not duplicate the pricing table.
Do I have to buy leads to keep my profile claimed?
No. Claiming controls the listing. Buying leads is optional and can be evaluated later when you want more homeowner demand.
What if my business is not listed yet?
Start at /claim anyway. Send the business name, service area, trade, website, and license details if applicable, and the ProFix team can review it for inclusion.
Own the listing before the next homeowner searches.
A claimed listing gives you control of the facts homeowners see first. Lead routing can come later, when the ROI works for your trade.
