Accessibility statement

Last updated: 2026-06-08

ProFix Directory is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We actively work to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and to adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.

1. Conformance target

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA, and AAA). We have chosen Level AA as the target for ProFix Directory. We also follow Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III as guiding standards.

4. Compatible technology

5. Report an accessibility issue

If you encounter any accessibility barrier on ProFix Directory, please tell us. We treat every report as a P0 fix and respond within 5 business days.

We aim to acknowledge every report within 2 business days and have a remediation plan within 5. Critical issues (blocking access to a core flow) are fixed within 14 days; lower-priority issues are scheduled into the next sprint.

6. Formal complaint

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.

7. Assessment approach

ProFix Directory ran an internal self-assessment of WCAG 2.1 Level AA on 2026-06-08. We use automated tooling (axe-core via our CI pipeline) on every pull request and re-test a sample of templates manually each quarter. A formal third-party audit is on our 2026 roadmap.
