How to read the result
The range is a public-record benchmark, not a quote or guarantee. A low total can mean a smaller scope, an in-range total is not automatically the best choice, and a high total can reflect larger scope, premium materials, access problems, or timing. Use the checklist to ask clear follow-up questions before signing.
