How does lead billing work?

You pay only for leads you accept. Each lead is a single Stripe charge, with the per-trade exclusive launch prices shown above. There is no monthly subscription for leads — buy as many or as few as you want. Read the refund and billing policy.

What counts as a qualified lead?

A real homeowner with a real job, a working phone number, an address inside your service area, and the trade scope matching the tier you bought. We verify every contact before routing.

What if the homeowner is unreachable or the job is out-of-scope?

Full refund inside the 24-hour window — automatic via the Stripe receipt's Cancel and refund link, your contractor dashboard, or billing@profixdirectory.com. Bad contact info and out-of-scope leads are refundable any time, even after 24 hours. See the full refund policy.

What about no-shows or fake leads?

No-shows that follow a confirmed appointment are not refunded once you took the call (the lead did its job — the close is on you). Fake leads — bot submissions, duplicates, prank calls — are refunded any time on request. We aggressively block sources that submit junk.

What does the $99/yr claim include?

Annual verified-listing subscription: editorial control over your profile, verified-business badge, priority placement in your service area, weekly lead digest, direct homeowner Q&A, and one-business-day correction turnaround. Do I have to claim my listing to receive leads?

No. Per-lead purchases are independent from the claim subscription. Claiming is optional — you can buy leads without claiming, and you can claim without ever buying a lead. Both flows are separate Stripe products.

Where does my money go?

Stripe processes every payment directly to ProFix Directory LLC (an Ohio LLC). No middleman, no white-label reseller. Refunds go back to your original card via Stripe.
