- Confidence score (0-100). Sum of presence/match signals: phone in E.164, phone area code matches state, street address, valid ZIP, email, website, license number, and multi-source corroboration.
- Verified phone. Every ranked pro has a callable phone that survived our normalization pipeline.
- License active. A license number or a state-board verification URL is on file. Single-letter license classes are accepted when paired with a NAICS match.
- Photo present. Real contractor photos earn a small ranking nudge; we never require one to be listed.
