- [ ] Furnace, AC, heat pump, boiler, or ductwork replacement.
- [ ] Electrical panel upgrades, new circuits, EV chargers, generators, or service changes.
- [ ] Roof replacement, structural deck work, additions, or major concrete right-of-way work.
May need a permit
- [ ] Drain cleaning, fixture swaps, small appliance hookups, or non-structural repairs.
- [ ] Fence, driveway, patio, shed, or exterior work affected by city, HOA, or zoning rules.
